Golf career

As an amateur, Oosterhuis represented Great Britain in the Walker Cup in 1967 and the Eisenhower Trophy in 1968. At the Ryder Cup , Oosterhuis was represented six times in the teams of Great Britain and later Europe. He was able to record individual victories over the golf greats Arnold Palmer and Johnny Miller .

From 1995 to 1997 he was the lead analyst for the Golf Channel broadcasts on the European Tour .
