Polillo is a Filipino municipality in Quezon Province , Administrative Region IV, Calabarzon. It has 30,582 inhabitants (August 1, 2015 census) who lived in 20 barangays . It is classified as the first income class community in the Philippines.

Polillo is located on the island of the same name, Polillo , in the Polillo Archipelago in the north of the Bay of Lamon . Their neighboring communities are Panukulan and Burdeos in the north. The municipality also manages the largely privately owned island of Balesin .
