The Prva liga Srbije i Crne Gore 2004/05 was the thirteenth season of the highest Serbian-Montenegrin league. It was the third season after the renaming of the country BR Yugoslavia and in the course of this also the Liga Prva liga SR Jugoslavije . The game was played from August 7, 2004 to May 28, 2005.
