RADIO RST (written out RADIO R heine- S teinfurt- T ecklenburg) is the local radio for the Steinfurt district (in the Münster and Tecklenburger Land ) in North Rhine-Westphalia.

RADIO RST produces in Rheine . It went on air on September 21, 1991 with a broadcast license from the State Media Authority of North Rhine-Westphalia . The editor-in-chief is Kathleen Berger.

The name RADIO RST stands for the city of Rheine (seat of the transmitter), the district town of Steinfurt and the former district town of Tecklenburg .

Program and moderation

RADIO RST sends Mondays to Fridays ten hours local program : The Morning Show talk from 6am to 10am Kathleen Berger and Soren Harting. The morning follows from 10 a.m. to 12 p.m. with Lennart Knebel, Jan Niestegge and Jaqueline Kleihaus alternating. The afternoon will be presented alternately from 2 p.m. to 6 p.m. with the moderators Steve Ridder, Carsten Uhl and Jaqueline Kleihaus. The news on the hour during prime and drive time includes a regional news report including weather and traffic, and every half hour from 6:30 a.m. to 6:30 p.m. a regional news report including weather and traffic á three minutes.

In the non-local broadcast times RADIO RST accepts the program of the coat program provider Radio NRW , which applies particularly to the music. For the area of radio advertising is Münsterländische Media Service GmbH & Co. KG from Munster responsible.
