The Rheinbezirksliga 1947/48 was the second season of the highest amateur soccer class in the Middle Rhine area after the Second World War . The Rheinbezirksliga was below the Oberliga West and divided into two groups. Rhenania Würselen was champion and promoted to the Oberliga West . Schwarz-Rot Köln , SuS Nippes 12 , SV 1914 Eilendorf and Alemannia Lendersdorf got down.
