Ricardo Angelini

Ricardo Angelini (born September 24, 1981 in Bozen , South Tyrol ) is an Italian actor .

Life

Angelini is a native of South Tyrol. He grew up bilingual, with German and Italian as his mother tongue . After finishing school he first completed an apprenticeship as a bricklayer ; from 1998 to 2000 he attended the state vocational school (Istituto Professionale) in Schlanders . In 2001/2002 he completed his military service with the Alpini in Sterzing .

During his professional career he discovered his artistic interest. He formed initially self-taught in the fields of literature , script and acting on. He attended literature and acting courses. In 2008/2009 he took lessons in speaking technique , phonetics and articulation from the acting teacher Luis Benedikter in Bolzano . He then opted for professional acting training. He graduated from 2009-2010 at the Arte Acting Academy in Munich . He financed his education through various part-time and odd jobs, including a. as a waiter , bartender , promoter and driver. At the same time he attended theater courses at the Bavarian Theater Academy in Munich. During this time he also appeared in theater performances by the Munich-based Südtiroler Volksbühne eV, the only South Tyrolean amateur stage outside of South Tyrol, such as in 2009 as a journalist Nimmerlein in the comedy Die Straße der Masken by Heinz Rudolf Unger .

Later on, Angelini occasionally played theater, for example at the MurX Theater in Eppan (2014; as a universal man in Das wird schon. Nie mehr Lieben! By Sibylle Berg ), in the title role of the monologue The Double Bass on a tour through South Tyrol and at the open-air theater in Lana (2014; as Walt in Der Sumpf by Dietmar Gamper ).

In the 2017/18 season he appeared, with Mariella Ahrens as a partner, at the comedy in the Bayerischer Hof as the house servant Fabrizio in the Goldoni comedy Mirandolina . From October to December 2018 he played there with Hardy Krüger Jr. and Eva-Maria Grein von Friedl in the comedy Arthur & Claire (director: Ute Willing ).

During her training, Angelini was offered several roles in television and cinema . Since 2009 he has been in front of the camera regularly in German and South Tyrolean television and cinema productions. He began with supporting roles in the films Die Päpstin (2009; as a pilgrim) and Vincent Will Meer (2009; as a doctor), in the television film The Second Miracle of Loch Ness (2010; as a postman), and in the television series Marienhof (2010; Episodes 3739 and 2742, as a model) and cardiac fibrillation - Die Klinik am See (2011; as Nora's friend Rico Thanner). In the television film Zwei über Berg (2011) he played the waiter Hussein at the side of Gisela Schneeberger and Günther Maria Halmer .

He soon switched from supporting roles to leading roles and played a wide range of roles with a wide variety of characters and figures. In the docu-drama Murder in the Medici House (2013), he played the lover Troilo Medici. In the movie Thank you for nothing (2013) he played the good-looking gas station attendant and rival Marc , alongside Joel Basman in the lead role. In the ZDF television film Honeymoon to Barcelona from the Cruise into Happiness series , he appeared alongside Christian Kohlund (as father) and Saskia Vester (as mother-in-law) as the Spanish groom Carlos Sanchez-Cano. In the television film Frei (2014) he played the Nazi smuggler Bertolussi, directed by Bernd Fischerauer . In the First World War, playing war drama Tears of the Sesto Dolomites (2014), that during the fighting on the Dolomite front plays Angelini presented (in Italian) war officer Tenente Giorgio is in the documentary feature film. He played the Italian hotel waiter Mikele, an old friend of the new wedding planner Laura Russo ( Amy Mußul ). He had other episode roles in the ZDF series Der Alte (2017) and Heldt (2018).

Angelini lives in Munich.
