Robert Louis Griesbach

Robert Louis Griesbach (born April 11, 1961 ) is a German comedian , entertainer , cabaret artist , presenter , singer and voice actor .

Life

Griesbach lives in Berlin light field -West and plays regularly since 2001 in Dieter Hallervorden's cabaret theater Voles , since 2017 as part of the same solid cabaret ensembles, as well as Quatsch Comedy Club by Thomas Hermanns . In 2005 he won the audience award in Berlin at the cabaret festival of the theater Die Wühlmäuse, in 2007 he received the special award Southwest German cabaret award Tuttlinger Krähe , in the same year he reached the finals of the Hamburg Comedy Cup, he was nominated for the Prix Pantheon in 2008, in December 2009 he received the Bremen Audience Award and in 2010 he was awarded the Hanover Audience Award.

From 2004 to 2008 he played in various roles in the legendary mirror tent Pomp, Duck and Circumstance by Hans-Peter Wodarz .

In addition to the voles, he also played u. a. in the Münchner Lach- und Schießgesellschaft , Mainzer Unterhaus , Haus der Springmaus , Schmidt Theater , Nürnberger Burgtheater or in Alma Hoppe .

In 1998 he lent his voice to Rowan Atkinson ( Mr. Bean ), and since 2012 he has been dubbing Eric Stonestreet ( Modern Family ). Various television programs such as “The Sketch Show”, the consumer show “ How do you please ?! “Or the live broadcasts of the cabaret festival from Berlin made the entertainer known beyond the borders of Berlin. Most recently he was seen as a sketch partner of Dieter Hallervorden, with Ottis Schlachthof and Stratmanns on WDR. From 2007 to 2015 Griesbach played as a guest artist on the cruise ships of AIDA Cruises .
