Rock Without Limits
Rock Without Limits is a music festival that focuses on Christian metal and rock . It took place from 2003 to 2012 at different locations in the Neckar-Alb region. In 2013 the festival took place under the name Music Without Limits in the Carl Benz Arena in Stuttgart . After a break of several years, the organizer announced that the festival would be held again in 2018 on a smaller scale for the first time since 2013.

Rock Without Limits was founded in 2003 shortly after the association Music Without Limits e. V. In the first year around 450 visitors visited the festival, in 2010 there were more than 5,000 (3,000 on Friday, 2000 on Saturday). Rock Without Limits is one of the largest festivals of Christian pop and rock music in Germany. The organizers do not serve alcohol.
Originally the festival only had one stage. There have been three stages since 2008. Mainstream rock can mainly be heard on the “Mainstage” stage. Hard rock , hardcore and metal play on the "Alternastage" . Singer / songwriters and quieter bands can mainly be heard on the “unplugged stage”.
After a break between 2014 and 2017, the 2018 festival under the name "Rock without Limits - Back to the Roots" will take place for the first time on a smaller scale with three bands at the location of the first festival in 2003.

- In 2005, 2010 and 2011 the festival was two days, in the remaining years one day.
- Rock Without Limits created a constellation with the signing of the Croatian band October Light together with the singer of the US band The OC Supertones , which subsequently played many concerts under the name Mojo & The Info .
- The festival is organized and carried out on a voluntary basis.
- After the festival took place in Gomaringen from 2008 to 2010, it took place for the first time in 2011 in Balingen on the grounds of the Bang Your Head Festival. There the main stage was housed in the Volksbank fair, the alterna stage in a tent and the unplugged stage in the “Loft” club.
