The Russian Ice Hockey Federation ( Russian Федерация хоккея России ; short ФХР) is the national ice hockey federation of Russia based in Moscow .
He was on 12 November 1991 as "Hockey Association of the Russian Soviet Federative Socialist Republic / Ice Hockey Federation of Russia" ( Russian Федерация хоккея Российской Советской Федеративной Социалистической Республики / Russian Федерация хоккея России ) even during the existence of the Soviet Union and its union republic Russian SFSR founded.
