criticism

Salaam-e-Ishq is not a great innovative or stunning cinema, but it is entertaining in all respects. If a film manages to hold interest for three and a half hours, it deserves attention on its own. Advani succeeds in conveying something in every scene - which is not the case in all Bollywood films. (...) "Salaam-e-Ishq" is an inflated Bollywood star cinema, the protagonists of which every fan likes to watch and a first-class one Soundtrack delivered. "

- molodezhnaja.ch :

“Indian love dance about six couples who are completely, not completely, no longer sure or extremely insecure about their cause and who are looking for the right path in the confusion of their feelings. An ensemble film with a star cast that extends its varied, but in the long run tiring story too broadly, because it does not want to do without the usual Bollywood ingredients. "
