German Chess League 2012/13 (women)

The 2012/13 season was the 22nd season of the women's chess Bundesliga . SK Großlehna , SF Deizisau and SV Wattenscheid were promoted from the 2nd Bundesliga . While Wattenscheid lost all competitions and relegated together with SV Chemie Guben and the Karlsruhe chess friends , Großlehna and Deizisau achieved relegation. The defending champion OSG Baden-Baden had a serious competitor for the championship this season with the SF 1891 Friedberg , and with the victory he became German champions by one point in a direct comparison.
