history
Before 1945 there was a farm and the Friedland small train station, from which the town of Tapiau could be reached, in today's settlement area .
In April 1946, the military state farm No. 18 was established here. This was rededicated in July 1947 in the (civil) sovkhos No. 132. In May 1955 the sovkhoz was named Prawdinski .
Under the name of Sowchos Prawdinski it became a separate settlement, which around 1970 became the seat of the village soviet Poretschenski . In the 1970s or 1980s the place was renamed Shevchenko. In 2004 the place was incorporated into the urban municipality of Pravdinskoye .
