Thailand took 45 athletes to the 2008 Summer Paralympics in China's Beijing in part.

The flag bearer at the opening ceremony was the athlete Supachai Koysub . The most successful participant of the team was the athlete Prawat Wahoram with one gold, three silver and one bronze medal.
