Soveria Mannelli is an Italian commune with 2971 inhabitants (as of December 31, 2019) in the province of Catanzaro , Calabria region .

The area of ​​the municipality lies at an altitude of 774 m above sea level and covers an area of ​​20 km² . The neighboring communities are Bianchi ( CS ), Carlopoli (CS), Colosimi , Decollatura , Gimigliano and Pedivigliano (CS). The districts are Colla, Pirillo and San Tommaso. Soveria Mannelli is 46 km southeast of Catanzaro and has a train station on the Cosenza – Catanzaro railway line .
