action

Jannik, Toni, Ruby, Azra and Mo passed the entrance exam at the Berlin School of Arts. You are now attending the only school in Germany that combines artistic training with general instruction. In this school they see their chance for a quick career in show business. However, you need to quickly realize that hard work is required and success does not fall from the sky. The themes of the series are the typical problems of adolescents: relationship with parents, friendships, puberty problems, status problems in the peer group , identity and loneliness.

characters

  • Toni - Toni's hobby is dancing, she likes to sing or listen to music. On the very first day she made four new friends (Ruby, Jannik, Azra and Mo). In season 1 Toni and Ruby are both in love with Jannik and Toni fears that this could endanger their friendship with Ruby. She was not allowed to dance in season 2 due to a dance accident and briefly switched to making music. In season 3 the two are together, after graduation she lives with Jannik in London, where they are at a dance school. In season 4 she, Jannik, Ruby and Azra are with the others in the Creative Camp.
  • Jannik - Jannik is a passionate dancer who wants to fully concentrate on his dance career. After the middle of season 3, he's on a tour of London. After graduating from season 4, he goes to Creative Camp.
  • Ruby - Ruby is a talented student. She was in love with Jannik, who paid her little attention. Little did she know that her friend Toni is also in love with Jannik. She dated Luke briefly in Season 3, later on touring Bars and Melody and postponing her degree. Then she gives courses at the school.
  • Azra - Azra wants to be an actress. Her mother is with the director of the school, also called Direx. In season 3 she is at an acting workshop in New York and therefore not at school for a week. After graduating, she goes to a drama school in Berlin and from time to time at the school and in the Creative Camp.
  • Mo - Mo is the group's joker and is always in a good mood. On his vlog channel “It's Mo TV” he regularly shows what is going on at his school. Azra supports him in his funny actions, she is also his best friend. For example, they have already shot a prank video together and made the school more popular. In the third season he has a leading role in a film and is therefore no longer at school.
  • Luke - Luke plays the guitar and writes his own songs. He is shy and started dating Ruby from the third season onwards. The couple split up after a short time. In season 4 he is no longer at school because of his musical success.
  • Lotte - Lotte is Ruby's little sister. She enjoys dancing hip-hop , freestyle and taking ballet lessons. She is ambitious and studies hard to get good grades. At first she has little time for friends. In season 4 she is Mads' "BFF"
  • Tim - Tim is a friend of Mo and comes to school to replace him in season three. He has almost the same interests as Mo and does pranks for him. After Toni and Azra graduated, the two appointed Tim and Lotte to be the "guardians of the base".
  • Samuel - Samuel is a "fresh" styled guy. He can't sing, but he can dance well. He is friends with Mo and helps him, but does not want to play in his videos. He graduated with Toni and Azra in season 3 and then went to a dance school in Stockholm.
  • Greta - Greta is a shy girl, which helped out for Gus at the beginning of season three because she knows him well. When Toni saw her dancing, she suggested that she go to school. She got almost all of her dance experiences from YouTube . Later she falls in love with Rocco, whom she initially disliked. Their relationship in season 4 consists largely of discussion and misunderstanding, which brings them closer to Finn.
  • Rocco - Rocco also came in season three and loves to dance hip-hop . He and Greta didn't like each other at first, but later they began to fall in love. The two had to dance together for the entrance exam. Later the two are in a clique. His parents are against his training as a dancer.
  • Milan - Milan applied to act at the school in Season 3. He's a math genius, which doesn't make him popular with many. Emily helps him to have more confidence in himself. He's also a good dancer, which is why he helps Nele a lot in Season 4.
  • Emily - Emily applied for school. She sings and plays the guitar. Milan discovers her and finds her perfect for the new clique. He befriends her. In the fourth season she is the founder of the online channel "Insider".
  • Mads - Mads is a new student in season 4. His dream is to be a successful rapper . He falls in love with Lotte, but doesn't dare to tell him. Instead, he first helps Richard get together with her in order to forget her.

  • Caretaker Biermann - There has been a caretaker at the school since season 3. This catches Tim mostly at Pranks and is also priced himself. He likes to do beatbox -noises.
  • Victoria - Victoria is a student at the school. She is often deceitful and jealous of Toni, Ruby and others.
  • Larissa - Larissa is also coming in season three and has roughly the same intentions as Victoria towards Greta and the others. In season 4, Nele is the main victim of her deeds.
  • Richard - Richard has been a student at the Berlin School of Arts since season 4. He is very interested in his looks, mostly his hair, and is popular with many girls.
