Raúl Amadeus Mark Richter (born January 31, 1987 in Berlin ) is a German actor , presenter and voice actor .

Life

Raúl Richter is the son of Peter Richter and Astrid Richter. He grew up in Lima ( Peru ) until he was four . His brother Ricardo Richter is also an actor and voice actor.

After graduating from the Queen Luise Foundation in Berlin-Dahlem, he began taking private acting lessons with Michael Graewe .

From April 2015 to October 2016 he was in a relationship with his colleague Valentina Pahde .

Since autumn 2018 he is with the teacher and grip presenter Vanessa Schmitt in a relationship.

Career

He made his TV debut in 1997 in the film Roller Coaster - A Dog Named Friday . This was followed by a commercial for Canon and a role in the film The Murderer's Handwriting . In 2007 he starred in an episode of KDD - Criminal Investigation and RIS - The Language of the Dead . He gained a great media presence as an actor through the videos Heul noch and Shut Up by LaFee .

Raúl Richter became known through the role of Dominik Gundlach in the RTL soap opera Gute Zeiten, Zeiten Zeiten , in which he was seen from December 2007. Despite his GZSZ success, Richter viewed his role critically. He said in 2009 that the character was "too adolescent" and designed as a "wimp". In 2014 Richter left GZSZ at his own request.

In 2013 he hosted the tenth season of Deutschland sucht den Superstar on RTL together with Nazan Eckes .

In 2016, Richter founded the start-up company Holy Flowers , where he offers high-quality rose bouquets in elegant boxes. In April 2016 he took part in the big ProSieben Völkerball Championship . In September 2016, Richter was seen at Promi Shopping Queen on VOX . In 2017 Richter was a candidate for Global Gladiators and also in Die Küchenschlacht .

In January 2020 Richter took part in the RTL show Ich bin ein Star - Get me out of here! part and took 5th place.
