The Augsburg-Stadt-Ost constituency is one of around 90 constituencies in elections to the Bavarian State Parliament and the district meetings as well as in referendums . He belongs to the constituency of Swabia .
At least since the state elections in 2008 it has included the districts of Lechviertel, eastern Ulrichsviertel , city center, St. Ulrich-Dom, Bahnhofs- and Bismarckviertel , Georgs- and Kreuzviertel , Stadtjägerviertel , Bleich and Pfärrle , Jakobervorstadt-Nord , Jakobervorstadt-Süd , Am Schäfflerbach , Spickel , Siebenbrunn , Hochzoll-Nord , Lechhausen-Süd , Lechhausen-Ost , Lechhausen-West , Firnhaberau , Hammerschmiede , Wolfram- and Herrenbachviertel , Hochzoll-Süd and university quarters of the independent city of Augsburg .
