Thorigné-d'Anjou is located about 22 kilometers north-north-west of Angers on the Mayenne river , which borders the municipality in the west, in the Segréen . Thorigné-d'Anjou is surrounded by the neighboring communities of Chenillé-Champteussé in the north, Sceaux-d'Anjou in the east, Grez-Neuville in the south, Le Lion-d'Angers in the west and south-west, and Montreuil-sur-Maine in the west and north-west .
