Men

Clubs of the table tennis Bundesliga in the 2013/2014 season

Ten teams took part in the men. The best four teams after the end of the regular season took part in the play-off rounds to determine the German champions. The ninth and tenth placed teams should relegate to one of the groups of the 2nd Bundesliga.

German champion was Borussia Düsseldorf , SV Plüderhausen had to relegate. Since only one club from the 2nd Bundesliga wanted to move up in the following season, Post SV Mühlhausen was able to stay in the 1st Bundesliga despite being relegated .

TTC Jülich (2nd 2nd BL North) and Fortuna Passau (2nd 2nd BL South) did without promotion to the 1st Bundesliga .
