Tondi Kiré is a hamlet in the Niamey IV arrondissement of the city of Niamey in Niger .

The hamlet is located on the northern edge of the rural municipality of Niamey on a dry valley . The hamlets of Kouara Béri and Maouri Windi in the southwest are among the surrounding settlements .

At the 2012 census, Tondi Kiré had 329 inhabitants who lived in 35 households. At the 2001 census, the population was 191 in 30 households.
