Canadian basketball today
Tradition-conscious fans sometimes want the name of the Toronto Huskies back. The Toronto Raptors franchise decided against this name when it expanded in 1995 because any logo would have looked too similar to that of the Minnesota Timberwolves . The city's basketball history, on the other hand, is often taken up through parquet design or jersey colors.
