The University of Córdoba ( Spanish : Universidad de Córdoba ) is a state university in Córdoba ( Andalusia ) with around 21,000 students and 1,900 academic staff.

The University of Córdoba has its roots as a free university in the 19th century and was re-established shortly before the end of Francisco Franco's dictatorship in 1972. The university is spread over three different locations: The campus for social and legal sciences in the city center, for health sciences in the west and for agricultural sciences , natural sciences and technology on the Rabanales campus in the east of the city.

The Rector of the University of Cordoba is José Manuel Roldán Nogueras.
