Vrigny is a French municipality with 823 inhabitants (as of January 1 2017) in the department of Loiret in the region Center-Val de Loire . The municipality belongs to the arrondissement of Pithiviers and the canton of Malesherbes (until 2015: canton of Pithiviers ). The inhabitants are called Vrignois .

Vrigny is about 41 kilometers northeast of Orléans . Vrigny is surrounded by the neighboring communities of Bouzonville-aux-Bois in the north, Bouilly-en-Gâtinais in the east and northeast, Chambon-la-Forêt in the east and southeast, Ingrannes in the south, Courcy-aux-Loges in the west and southwest, Mareau- aux-Bois in the west and northwest and Laas in the northwest.
