The moated castle Herboldshausen is an abandoned moated castle on the edge of the courtyards of Herboldshausen, a district of the town of Kirchberg an der Jagst in the district of Schwäbisch Hall in Baden-Württemberg .
The castle was built in the 2nd half of the 13th century for the Lords of Crailsheim and abandoned at the end of the 14th century.
Nothing has been preserved from the former small medieval castle complex, which can no longer be localized .
