William P. Pilgeram

William P. Pilgeram (born March 11, 1890 in Great Falls , Montana , †  March 7, 1972 in Helena ), Montana was an American politician . From 1935 to 1937 he was lieutenant governor of the state of Montana.

The sources on William Pilgeram are very poor. It is certain that he lived temporarily in Helena and was a member of the Democratic Party . He was a member of the Montana House of Representatives at least in 1935 . From 1935 to 1937 he was Vice-Governor of his state at Elmer Holt's side . He acted as deputy governor and formal chairman of the state senate . In August 1956 he took part as a delegate to the Democratic National Convention in Chicago . He died in March 1972.
