history

The Vorwerk was built in 1765 from the Fredenwalde manor. In 1753 the owner of one half ( Roter Hof ) from Fredenwalde Alexander (II.) Von Arnim died. The other half was called the White Court . It was not until 1768 that the Red Court was divided up. The older son Curt Friedrich von Arnim received Neu-Temmen and the southern part of the manor. He built a new knight's seat east of the Sabinensee, which was originally called Neu Fredenwalde . Later the place was then called Willmine, after the wife of Curt Friedrich, Hanna Wilhelmine von Dargitz. In addition, after the death of his brother Hans Erdmann, the Vorwerk Neu-Temmen, founded in 1743, fell to him. The other half of the original knight's seat remained for the younger brother, Alexander Wilhelm von Arnim . After the division of the White Court , the Klein-Fredenwalde estate was built up in 1768 , so that from around this point the spelling Groß Fredenwalde became natural for the original manor Fredenwalde. The Arnimswalde Vorwerk was also rebuilt at this time.

In 1772 Curt Friedrich sold Neu-Temmen to Gottfried von Dargitz. Curt Friedrich von Arnim died in 1793, leaving three daughters who were not entitled to feudal rights. Since his uncles also died without heirs, Alexander Wilhelm von Arnim also took over the White Court and thus had the manor Fredenwalde again in sole possession. He was married to Albertine Luise Countess von Küssow, with whom he had the daughter Henriette Albertine Emilie, who married Carl Caspar von Langenn, and the son Wilhelm Georg, who was entitled to inheritance, who was married to Caroline Henriette von Ahlimb.
