Žilov is a municipality in the Czech Republic . It is located in the middle of the Plzeň-Nord district , about 15 km northwest of the city of Plzeň . Žilov borders on Horní Bříza to the east and Všeruby to the west . The place was first mentioned in writing in 1269.
