Chotíkov (German Kottiken ) is a municipality in the Czech Republic . It is located in the Okres Plzeň-sever about ten kilometers northwest of the city center of Pilsen .
The municipality covers an area of 11.26 km² and has 1115 inhabitants (as of 2014). To the northeast rises the Krkavec (504 m nm).
history
Chotíkov was first mentioned on June 25, 1344 in a document from the Bohemian nobleman Sezima von Vrtba (Sezima z Vrtby) . A parish church is documented for the year 1352.
