The A1 Team Austria ( English stylization: A1Team.Austria ) was the Austrian national team in the A1GP series.

history

The A1 Team Austria was founded by Lauda Sport Management , consisting of Niki and Lukas Lauda and Alex Wilmanski ; the German team Rosberg acted as racing team .

In the first season the team was below average; it was able to achieve its first point with tenth place in the main race in Estoril by Mathias Lauda . This was followed by five more during the season points standings (three by Lauda, two by the in Monterrey propelled Patrick Friesacher ). The team finished the season in 19th place with 14 points.

In the following season it did not take place again.
