The province of Ain Temouchent ( Arabic ولاية عين تموشنت, DMG Wilāyat ʿAin Tumūšanat , tamazight ⵄⵉⵏ ⵜⵉⵎⵓⵛⴻⵏⵜ Ɛin Timucent ) is a province ( wilaya ) in northwestern Algeria .

The province has an area of ​​2377 km² and is located on the Mediterranean Sea near the border with Morocco .

Around 384,565 people (2010 estimate) live in the province, so the population density is around 160 inhabitants per square kilometer.

The capital of the province is Ain Temouchent .
