The Guelma Province ( Arabic ولاية قالمة, DMG Wilāyat Qālima , tamazight ⴰⴳⴻⵣⴷⵓ ⵏ ⴳⴰⵍⵎⴰ Agezdu n Galma ) is a province ( wilaya ) in eastern Algeria .
