Timimoun ( Arabic ولاية تيميمون, DMG Wilāyat Tīmīmūn ) is a province ( wilaya ) in the center of Algeria with Timimoun as its capital.

The province newly created in December 2019 was previously the northern part of Adrar Province . It is located in the Sahara and borders El Bayadh in the north, El Meniaa in the east, In Salah in the southeast, Adrar in the south and Béni Abbès in the west .

With 122,019 inhabitants (as of 2008) on 65,203 km², it is only sparsely populated, the population density is around 1.9 inhabitants per square kilometer.
