The Constantine Province ( Arabic ولاية قسنطينة, DMG Wilāyat Qusanṭīna , tamazight ⴰⴳⴻⵣⴷⵓ ⵏ ⵇⵙⴻⵏⵟⵉⵏⴰ Agezdu n Qsenṭina ) is a province ( wilaya ) in northeastern Algeria .
