Alessandro Puccini (born August 28, 1968 in Pisa ) is a former Italian foil fencer . He is an Olympic champion and was world and European champion.
successes
Alessandro Puccini became world champions with the team in Lyon in 1990 and in Athens in 1994 . In addition, he reached the podium with her in 1993 in Essen with second place and 1997 in Cape Town with third place. His best performance in the individual came in 1994 when he reached the final. In this he was defeated by Rolando Tucker and became vice world champion. At the European Championships in 1999 he won gold with the team in Bolzano . Puccini took part in the Olympic Games twice.
