Alexander Mühling b. Bieler (born September 5, 1992 in Oberhausen ) is a German football player . The midfielder is under contract with the second division Holstein Kiel .
Club career
offspring
Mühling began playing football in the offspring of the Oberhausen district club Arminia Klosterhardt . From there he moved to MSV Duisburg . For the 2008/09 season, Mühling then moved into the offspring of Borussia Mönchengladbach . The beginning in the “foal” youth was not crowned with success. Especially in the positions of the central midfield there were two players with Julian Korb and Yunus Malli who had great potential. Mühling found himself on the bench more often.
Active area
Mühling made his debut for the second substitute for Gladbach on April 21, 2011 when he was in the starting eleven against the second team of 1. FC Kaiserslautern on match day 29 of the 2010/11 regional league season . By the end of the season he had two more missions. The 2010/11 season was also his last year in the offspring. After reaching the age limit, he was accepted into the second team for the 2011/12 season. He quickly established himself in the second representation and came to 32 missions and two goals in the Regionalliga West . During this time he often trained in the professional team. On June 4, 2012, he then signed a professional contract that was valid from July 1. With the signing of the professional contract, a childhood dream came true for Mühling. Lucien Favre also took Mühling to the professional training camp in Bad Wörishofen . However, Mühling did not get to work as a professional in his entire time in Mönchengladbach. He moved to Bayer 04 Leverkusen in the regional league in January 2014 and played 15 games for the club's second team. At the end of the season, Bayer dissolved the U-23.
Mühling then signed with the second division club SV Sandhausen . On August 3, 2014 he made his professional debut when he was on the starting line-up in the first game of the season at SV Darmstadt 98 (0: 1). After two seasons, he left the Palatinate and signed a three-year contract with third division Holstein Kiel . In summer 2017 he took his wife's name and has been called Alexander Mühling ever since.
