Lion Lauberbach (born February 15, 1998 in Erfurt ) is a German football player . The offensive player is under contract with Holstein Kiel .

Career

Lauberbach started playing soccer at FC Rot-Weiß Erfurt in 2006 and went through all age groups in youth.

He played his first game for the club in the B-Juniors Regionalliga Nordost on August 24, 2013 and made a total of 21 appearances in which he scored five goals. He played four games in the A-Juniors Bundesliga North / Northeast and 25 in the A-Juniors Regionalliga Nordost , scoring twelve goals.

The third division club Rot-Weiß Erfurt equipped him with a professional contract for the 2017/18 season and integrated the offensive player into the first team's squad. He made his competitive debut in the 3rd division on August 19, 2017 (5th matchday) against SC Paderborn 07 . There followed 22 more league games in which he met once. At the end of the season he got with his club, which had to file for bankruptcy, from the Regionalliga Nordost .

For the 2018/19 season he moved to FSV Zwickau , who remained in the 3rd division, and subsequently played 27 league and 5 Saxony Cup games for the club with which he was seventh.

The second division Holstein Kiel equipped the offensive player with a three-year contract in summer 2019 after attackers Aaron Seydel , Heinz Mörschel and Masaya Okugawa left the club. He made his debut in this league on July 27, 2019 (1st matchday) in a 1-1 draw in the home game against SV Sandhausen .
