Andrija Pavlović ( Serbian - Cyrillic Андрија Павловић ; born November 16, 1993 in Belgrade ) is a Serbian football player .

Career

society

Pavlović began his career at FK Policajac . In 2008 he came to FK Rad Belgrade . He made his debut for the professionals of Rad in the SuperLiga in May 2011 when he came on as a substitute for Andrej Mrkela on matchday 30 of the 2010/11 season against FK Javor Ivanjica in the half-time break .

In August 2011 he was awarded to the third division club FK Palić . For the 2012/13 season he was awarded to FK BASK for six months before returning to Rad Belgrade during the winter break of that season.

In January 2014 Pavlović moved to league rivals FK Čukarički . He made his international debut for Čukarički in the first round of the 2014/15 Europa League qualification against UE Sant Julià , when he was brought into play in the 77th minute for Nenad Mirosavljević . Čukarički failed in the second round at SV Grödig . That season he was able to score a goal in 21 games in the SuperLiga. In the following season, which he finished with his club in third, he was used 36 times and scored 18 goals, which made him the third best scorer in the league.

For the 2016/17 season he moved to Denmark for FC Copenhagen , where he received a contract that ran until June 2021. With the Danes he was able to qualify for the Champions League straight away ; in the play-off they defeated APOEL Nicosia . In the first leg Pavlović scored the winning goal to make it 1-0. He then made his debut in the Champions League in September 2016, when he replaced Federico Santander in the 79th minute of matchday two against Club Brugge .

In his first season with Copenhagen, he came to 35 games in the Superliga , in which he was able to score eight goals, he was also used four times in the Champions League and three times in the Europa League. Copenhagen became Danish champions and cup winners that season.

For the 2018/19 season he moved to the Austrian Bundesliga club SK Rapid Wien , with whom he received a contract that ran until June 2021. For the season 2019/20 he was sent to Cyprus to APOEL Nicosia awarded. Before the end of the season caused by the COVID-19 pandemic , he made 21 appearances in the First Division , in which he scored five goals.

National team

Pavlović, who had previously played for the Serbian U-20 team , was appointed to the senior national team for the first time in 2016 . He made his debut in May 2016 when he came on as a substitute for Aleksandar Mitrović at half-time in a friendly against Cyprus .
