Anna Witaljewna Siwkowa ( Russian Анна Витальевна Сивкова ; born April 12, 1982 in Moscow , Russian SFSR ) is a Russian sword fencer .

successes

Anna Siwkowa achieved most of her successes at the international level in team competition. In the individual, she was runner-up in Budapest in 2013 , as well as runner-up European champion in Copenhagen in 2004 and in Plovdiv in 2009 . With the team, however, she won both titles several times. In 2003 in Bourges , 2004 in Copenhagen, 2005 in Zalaegerszeg and 2012 in Legnano , she won the European Championship. In 2001 in Nîmes , 2003 in Havana and 2013 in Budapest, she became world champion with the team. She took part in the Olympic Games twice. In 2004 in Athens she finished 19th in the individual, with the team she reached the final after victories over South Korea and Canada . There the Russian team, which consisted of Karina Asnawurjan , Oxana Jermakowa and Tatjana Logunowa in addition to Kolobowa , defeated Germany with 34:28 and became Olympic champion . At the 2012 Olympic Games in London , she finished the individual competition in 15th place. With the team, she missed another medal win with fourth place. The right-hander fights at CSKA Moscow .
