Aparri is a municipality in the Philippine province of Cagayan , which also includes the island of Fuga in the north of the Babuyan Islands . The municipality is located in the north of the province and at the mouth of the Cagayan , the longest river in the country. In 2015 Aparri had 65,649 inhabitants.
