The Arena Khimki ( Russian Арена Химки ) is a football stadium in the Russian city ​​of Khimki in Moscow Oblast . Since 2009, the team of FK Dynamo Moscow has been holding its games temporarily until 2019 in the sports facility with 18,636 seats, as the construction of the VTB Arena was delayed. The facility was designed in the style of an English football stadium. This is particularly evident in the outer steel support structure of the roof. The four individual stands are equipped with light blue plastic seats. The main grandstand, however, the other three tiers, is two-story. The highest point of the stadium rises 43.5 meters above the ground. Initially, the 12,000-seat arena was planned without the opposite stand in the east; In the course of the preparations, however, it was decided to build the fourth tier. The capacity increased to a total of 18,636 spectators, of which 2,660 seats are available for guest fans. 120 places have been set up for disabled visitors and their accompanying persons. The 14 VIP boxes can accommodate a total of 350 people and the three VIP lounges can accommodate 300 guests.

The playing field in the standard size 105 × 68 meters is illuminated by 176 spotlights of the floodlight system with 2,140 lux . Two video display boards , each 65 m 2 in size, are located in the stadium corners in the north-west and south-east. A video surveillance system with 99 cameras is installed in and around the stadium . Visitors enter the arena through 14 entrances with a turnstile ; there are also four VIP entrances, two entrances with ramps for wheelchair users and one entrance for journalists. The stadium could be evacuated in seven to eight minutes in an emergency . The press stand offers 150 seats for the reporters and the press center has an area of ​​850 m 2 . The press conference room has 180 seats. There are 20 camera spaces in the stadium for television broadcasts. A changing room with 240 m 2 is available for each team .
