The B Grupa 2015/16 was the 67th season of the second highest Bulgarian football league. The season started on July 25, 2015 and ended on May 29, 2016.

Game mode

As in the previous season, the league consisted of 16 teams. Each team played twice against each other team, once at home and once away. In the event of a tie, the direct comparison decided. The first placed rose directly to the A Grupa , the second placed played in a playoff against the penultimate of the A Grupa. The clubs in the last three places relegated to the W Grupa.

1Lok Gorna Orjachowiza, FC Wereja Stara Sagora, FK Neftochimik and CSKA Sofia received the license for the Parwa liga 2016/17 for the coming season .
2Litex Lovetsch and Litex Lovetsch II were banned from their leagues. Thereupon Spartak Pleven kept the place in the B Grupa.
3 FC Burgas united with FK Neftochimik.

The athletic relegated A Grupa 2014/15 (Marek Dupniza and FK Chaskowo) did not receive a license for the B Grupa.
