The Baseball Bundesliga 2007 began on April 7, 2007 and ended on October 3, 2007. The Mainz Athletics , who finished the regular season as second behind the southern champions Regensburg Legionnaires , became German champions for the first time . The Solingen Alligators became northern champions . In the final, Mainz Athletics were already two games behind and were then able to secure their first championship with three successes.
