The 2013/14 Basket League season , officially Basket League OPAP for sponsorship reasons , was the 74th edition of the Greek basketball championship . The regular season began on October 12, 2013 and ended on May 3, 2014. In the following playoffs , Panathinaikos won the Greek championship on June 4, 2014.
