The 2017/18 Bavarian Cup was the 9th season since the 2009/10 cup reform. In the final, 1. FC Schweinfurt 05 prevailed against SpVgg Oberfranken Bayreuth and thus qualified for the first main round of the 2018/19 DFB Cup .
