Bettingen is a town in the large district town of Wertheim in the Main-Tauber district in Baden-Württemberg .

Bettingen is 148  m above sea level. NHN north-east of the Main loop on the south-eastern edge of the Main square. The village of Bettingen ( ⊙ ) as well as the residential and industrial area Almosenberg ( ⊙ ), which is widely known for the factory outlet center Wertheim Village , lie within the boundaries of the former municipality of Bettingen .
