Bockheim is a district of the community Eslohe in the North Rhine-Westphalian Hochsauerlandkreis .

The former estate is located on federal road 55 around 8 km south of Eslohe in the Sauerland-Rothaargebirge nature park . Neighborhoods are Cobbenrode , Isingheim , Kückelheim , Lüdingheim and Niedermarpe . The Esselbach flows through Bockheim . The Henninghauser Bach flows into the Esselbach around 200 m north of the estate. Early clues about the name Bockheim result from an appraisal register (used to collect taxes) for the year 1543. According to this, there were 6 persons subject to appraisal in the town of Isingheim; this included a Johan Bockheym (also Johann Boickmann). In the middle of 2014 4 residents lived in the district.
