CHL Sportsman of the Year
The CHL Sportsman of the Year Award is an award from the Canadian Hockey League . It has been awarded annually since the end of the 1989/90 season to the player in the three major Canadian junior leagues who was able to best combine sporting behavior and playful aspects over the course of the season. The winner is the Brad Hornung Trophy (trophy for sportiness and fairness of the Western Hockey League ), the William Hanley Trophy (trophy for sportiness and fairness of the Ontario Hockey League ) and the trophy Frank J. Selke (trophy for sportiness and fairness the Quebec Major Junior Hockey League ).
