The Cadre 45/2 World Championship in 1919 was the twelfth world championship, which was held until 1947 in Cadre 45/2 and from 1948 in Cadre 47/2. The tournament took place in Paris , France , in May 1919 .

The winner was Frenchman Charles Faroux , who won the amateur world title for the second time. With the general average (GD) of 26.66 and the best individual average (BED) of 41.66 , he set two new amateur world records.
