The Cadre 45/2 World Championship in 1927 was the 20th World Championship, which was held in Cadre 45/2 until 1947 and from 1948 in Cadre 47/2. The tournament took place from March 12 to 19, 1927 in Paris , France.

history

The performances at this World Cup were not very good. Many participants complained about the very poor material. The host used pool towels and balls from the manufacturer who had the most bid. Without a defeat, the Belgian Théo Moons defended the world title he had won in 1926.

Tournament mode

The whole tournament was played in the round robin system up to 400 points. In the event of a tie in MPs (except in the event of a tie for the winner), the following order will be used:

  1. MP = match points
  2. GD = general average
  3. HS = maximum series
