Caroline Schreiber (* 1962 in Munich ) is a German actress and radio play speaker .

Life

Caroline Schreiber attended the Folkwang University of the Arts in Essen from 1982 to 1985 , from which she graduated with a diploma. Between 1988 and 2001 she was engaged on various German theaters, such as the Nationaltheater Mannheim , the Schauspiel Köln or the Staatstheater Hannover , where she worked with directors such as Nicolas Brieger , Klaus Emmerich and Johann Kresnik . In the following years she worked u. a. in Cologne at the Gloria-Theater and the Theater Tiefrot as well as at the Schauspielhaus Berlin . Since 2012 Schreiber has been performing as a guest at the Osnabrück Municipal Theaters.

In addition, Caroline Schreiber works extensively for film and television and has been in front of the camera regularly since 2000. So she was u. a. seen in several Tatort episodes and had guest roles in well-known series such as Ein Fall für Zwei , Die Rosenheim-Cops or Munich 7 . In 2005, Hans W. Geißendörfer cast Schreiber in his film adaptation of Schneeland based on the novel by Elisabeth Rynell .

Schreiber's work for radio is also diverse, where she has been involved in numerous productions for various broadcasters since 1990, mainly for West German broadcasting .
